Developing Local Provision (DLP) – questionnaire 2024-25
The DLP is a project funded by Birmingham City Council. Money has been given to groups of schools to help improve outcomes for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You have received this questionnaire because your child attends a school in the Hall Green group.
The project has been looking at how to help children with SEND come to school every day and how to help them build relationships with other children.
For children in Nursery and Reception, it has been looking at all round development.
For children in years 1-6, it has been looking at developing writing skills.
We sent out a similar questionnaire, this time last year. The purpose of this questionnaire is to compare responses and also to help schools to plan for the future.
You might not feel all of the questions are relevant to your child's needs. You do not have to answer all of the questions.
Your answers will be treated in confidence. Google forms cannot be traced to individual senders. Please do not name individuals (staff or children) anywhere on the form.
To start a questionnaire, please click on the link below. If you have more than one child with SEND in a school, please complete a separate form for each child. Please complete and submit the form by Friday 24th January.
