Yorkmead School fully recognises the responsibility it has surrounding the safeguarding and promotion of the welfare of all children.
We have a Safeguarding Policy which is updated annually and is available upon request. Our policy applies to all staff and third-party contractors, including governors and volunteers, working in our school.
All staff undertake annual Safeguarding training. Additionally, safeguarding updates are provided to staff as part of our weekly staff meetings.
