Aims for School Improvement
As a school we are committed to ensuring that we achieve successful outcomes for all learners. We do this by formulating a School Development Plan every year. Our main aims for the coming year (2024-25) are as follows:
- To continue to improve pedagogy to ensure our broad and balanced curriculum is implemented as intended, raising outcomes in all subjects;
- To improve assessment and intervention for speech and language in school to further develop pupils’ oracy;
- To continue to improve active learning in the classroom and create a culture of ‘excellence’ with the support and engagement of our wider school community.
