Parents are not entitled to take their children on holiday during term time. Parents are expected to arrange family holidays during the school holidays.
The school follows Birmingham City Council's policy and does not authorise any leave during term time unless there are exceptional circumstances. Any request for leave must be made to the Head Teacher.
Parents should be aware that extended unauthorised absence may result in your child losing their place at Yorkmead.
